GENERAL This Privacy Policy outlines how Finavion processes the Personal Data of its Users. The Personal Data processed by Finavion includes (if provided by the User): name, address, city, phone number, email, date of birth, gender, and copies of the User's passport. Users who provide unsolicited data that can be traced to an individual agree that Finavion may also process such Personal Data. Finavion stores all provided data in the Finavion Database.

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA Finavion collects personal data when users provide such data through the website to be included in the Finavion Database or via direct contact with Finavion.

Additionally, Finavion actively advertises leveraging its network, consulting clients, and searching online platforms like social media. Personal Data of prospective candidates found through these means is also stored in the Finavion Database. Once contacted, candidates who agree to participate will have their data supplemented in the Database, and the terms of this Privacy Policy will apply.

Users who provide their Personal Data for inclusion in the Finavion Database grant their consent for such use. Finavion will utilize the Database for direct and indirect communication purposes and to make all necessary declarations for all its respective users. Users included in the Database may be contacted regarding job vacancies.

If Finavion identifies a User as suitable for a position with a client, Finavion will share the User's Personal Data with the client, but only after notifying the User and obtaining their consent to proceed.

TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES By providing Personal Data via the Website, Users acknowledge that their data will be stored in the cloud. Finavion works with specialized providers under data processing agreements that comply with statutory requirements.

Personal Data is shared with Finavion clients for the purpose of fulfilling agreements, such as expense claims, taxation statements etc.

ALTERATION/ERASURE OF PERSONAL DATA Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their Personal Data as outlined under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
To exercise these rights or for inquiries regarding this Privacy Policy, Users can contact Finavion using the provided contact information.
Finavion notes that deleting Personal Data, either partially or fully, will make it impossible to contact the User.

RETENTION PERIOD Finavion retains Personal Data for 12 months following resignation of termination, in the Database.

If a User does not consent to a 12-month retention period, their Personal Data will be deleted within four weeks after the last working day. All personal details, PDF files including salary statements and taxation statements can no longer be accessed and Finavion can not reissue these documents. It is the user’s sole responsibility to download and save all relevant information before closing their account.

SECURITY Finavion has implemented robust technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data from loss or unlawful processing, including:

·       Database servers replicated within the DC2 data center for warm standby functionality.

·       A comprehensive backup policy including:

o   Weekly full backups and daily incremental backups stored on-site.

o   Off-site backups stored daily for fourteen days.

o   Weekly backups of data retained for up to six months.

AMENDMENTS TO PRIVACY POLICY Finavion reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be published on this page, and Users are encouraged to review it regularly. The current policy was last updated on 25 April 2025.
